As a Technical solution Analyst I, your role involves conducting investigations on front-end applications.
This includes capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
Backend techniques to be used. including capturing log files , querying tables, updating database fields and cycling servers.
Documentation of notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles through out the investigation lifecycles.
By prioritizing work based on severity. you will strike a balance between client and business needs.
Collaborating among and cross teams ensures that issues are addressed by the appropriate individual.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
High proficiency in English Language (Writing and Speaking)
Language Required: Gujarati, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi
Should have 0 to 5 years of professional experience in writing, reviewing, and editing high-quality content in various genres, styles, and formats, such as news, features, social media, or marketing copy.
Skill Requirements:
Ability to understand and adapt writing style of client guidelines and policies.
Understanding of AI technology, machine learning, and natural language processing, and a keen interest in exploring their potential applications in content creation.
Passion for language, creativity, and innovation, and a strong desire to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI-generated content.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work through problems systematically.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities
To write, rewrite, edit and enhance the content for clarity and correctness as per the given guidelines.
To review summaries to ensure 100% content quality and usability for model training.
Collaborate with client product team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements while calibrating with the program stakeholders.
Work with senior writers under their guidance and mentorship undergoing continuous learning and improvement.
The task will need to be performed on a client owned platform.
