Data analysis using different tools and databases(MS access tables) and arrive at the solutions OR approach a team who can provide the solution
Articulate any issues/queries to concerned team(account team/sourcing/carrier etc..) with clear requirement
Rigorous follow up until the issue is closed or to follow proper escalation metrics for any long pending issues and to monitor until closure
Qualifications:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0- 1 year experience
Any degree/Equivalent 3 years education post +2
Skill Requirements:
Proficient in working Excel and MS access
Excellent self-organization, Detailed oriented, Time management, good communication, learning ability and presentation skills
Good understanding of telecom domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
